The Ritual Guide
Your Daily Ritual, Refined.
A step-by-step guide to using each ADORRA tool — morning and evening — so every routine becomes a small, intentional moment of care.
How to Build Your Ritual
Each ADORRA tool is designed to be used beautifully on its own or layered into your daily ritual. Use this guide to create a rhythm that feels right for you — morning, evening, or both.
Morning Ritual
Wake the Skin, Set the Tone.
Begin with intention. A morning ritual with ADORRA tools takes just a few minutes and sets a calm, grounded tone for the day ahead.
01
Gua Sha — Smooth & Sculpt
3–5 min
Apply a facial oil or serum first to create slip. Starting at the neck and working upward, glide the stainless steel gua sha along the jawline, cheekbones, and brow area using slow, gentle strokes. Use light pressure and repeat each movement several times for a calming, sculpting facial ritual.
02
Lymphatic Facial Brush — Refresh & Awaken
2–3 min
Using light, circular motions, work the facial brush across the forehead, cheeks, and chin. The soft bristles gently exfoliate and refresh the skin, helping it feel smooth and awakened. Use on dry skin before cleansing or on damp skin with a gentle cleanser.
03
Scalp Massager — Refresh & Restore
2–3 min
Work the scalp massager through dry or wet hair using slow, small circular motions across the scalp. Use it as part of a calming morning routine or in the shower with shampoo for a more thorough cleanse. Gentle pressure helps create a soothing, refreshed scalp-care ritual.
Evening Ritual
Slow Down, Restore, Release.
An evening ritual is an act of care for tomorrow. Use these tools to wind down, release tension held in the body, and close the day with a calming self-care ritual.
01
Dry Body Brush — Exfoliate & Smooth
3–5 min
Before showering, use the dry body brush on dry skin with long, sweeping strokes, starting at the feet and working upward. Use gentle pressure to exfoliate the skin and create a refreshing body-care ritual. Follow with a nourishing body oil or moisturizer after your shower.
02
Scalp Massager — Decompress & Relax
3–5 min
In the shower or before bed, use the scalp massager with slow, deliberate pressure and small circular motions across the scalp. Pair it with shampoo, a nourishing hair mask, or scalp oil to turn your routine into a calming evening ritual.
03
Gua Sha — Release & Restore
3–5 min
An evening gua sha ritual can be slower and more meditative than your morning routine. Apply a facial oil or serum generously, then use long, gentle strokes along the neck, jawline, and temples. Focus on creating a smooth glide and a calming moment of care before bed.
Care & Maintenance
Keep Your Tools Beautiful.
Gua Sha
Rinse with warm water after each use and pat dry with a soft cloth. For a deeper clean, use a small amount of gentle soap, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Store flat or in the included pouch, and avoid dropping on hard surfaces.
Facial Brush
Rinse the bristles gently under warm water after each use. Allow the brush to air dry completely with the bristles facing downward. For a deeper clean, use a gentle brush cleanser as needed.
Scalp Massager
Rinse thoroughly after each use. Clean with warm water and a small amount of gentle soap, then rinse well and allow to air dry completely.
Dry Body Brush
After each use, gently tap or brush away any residue and allow the brush to air dry in a well-ventilated space. For a deeper clean, lightly rinse the bristles with warm water and a small amount of mild soap, then allow to dry completely. Avoid soaking the wooden base.
